If your Paypal and Luulla postal addresses don't match, I will always use your Luulla address unless you tell me otherwise.
I post items once a week on a Wednesday. Please order by 6pm GMT on a Monday for dispatch that Wednesday. Orders placed after that point will be dispatched the following Wednesday. If you have an urgent order please do ask, I will always try to help.
Your purchase will be posted by Royal Mail. If you need it faster please let me know and I'll arrange a different delivery service for the extra cost. I might be able to get to the Post Office quicker for you if me need me to - I am convo-friendly!

If you require a tracking number with your parcel please contact me and I will arrange for the ammended listing. My current shipping costs do not include a tracking number, inside or outside the UK.
I'm sure you will love your artwork, however non-personalised products can be returned in their original condition. Please contact me within 28 days of purchase to arrange this. Personalised art is non returnable. This obviously doesn't affect any of your statutory rights.
For international buyers - please be aware there might be customs charges that you might have to pay! Sometimes customs can hold up parcels for a few weeks. This is unusual but possible.
