We accept all major credit and debit cards using Paypal secure gateway. You do not need to set up a Paypal account to be able to purchase from Zukr Boutique. You can use you credit or debit card at the checkout without logging into the Paypal account.

Shipping

Orders are despatched between 3-5 working days, we offer Royal Mail First Class and Airmail Small Packets both non-tracked services. Royal mail advises delivery in 2-3 working days. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery by Royal Mail which are outside of our control. Please note that we do not have tracking information but do hold a proof of postage certificate. Royal Mail cannot accept a claim for loss unless 15 working day or more have passed since the item was due to be delivered (Inland) according to Royal Mail Terms and Conditions. For European destinations it is 20 working days and 25 working days for the rest of the world. However if your item hasn't arrived by then please make sure you contact us asap so we can proceed with the claim as there is only 30 days to put the claim through.


Please note that Damage Claims cannot be accepted for perishable items!


Refunds and Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your order we will refund the item value (shipping will not be refunded) once the item is returned to us within 10 days from the dispatch date unopened or otherwise damaged. Damaged and delayed items will be disposed of and your refund denied. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Brownies are non-refundable. If for example your item has melted or squashed in post, or has been delayed and your order is past it’s best before date, the RM's insurance does not cover cases like that and will not be compensated. Please note that situations like that are outside of our control and we cannot be held responsible for incidents occurring during transit. It is customers responsibility to consider their climate conditions. We cannot be held responsible for heat damage or delays. Food items are NOT refundable once opened. Once paid subscriptions of any kind cannot be refunded fully nor partially.
