I like to ship USPS Priority mail, as it gets your ordered products to you fast for the price. I do not make money on shipping therefore I charge the amount it cost for shipping the item. I will ship using different methods such as 1st class mail, UPS, Fed Ex and Express mail but you will need to contact me prior to ordering to discuss the cost. I will then do a special listing for you which reflects the shipping charges. I add tracking to all my packages as a security measure for myself you will receive the tracking number for your convenience. I do not charge for this service as it is for my own peice of mind.

I will do my very best to get the products you order out the same day, but if I am unable to it will go out within 24 hours of your purchase.

Please note that I ship Priority mail via USPS and delivery times vary from 1-5 days from the shipping day. You will receive a tracking number so that you can track your item, as a courtesy.

I have only had this happen 1 time in the past thankfully. I place tracking on all packages so that I am able to locate a package or confirm its delivery. If for some reason your package does not arrive and the package shows that it has been delivered, you have 72 hours from the time the package was delivered to contact me via email @ babybumz@comcast.net or thru the Luulla store site. I will then contact USPS and try to resolve the issue. If the package is just GONE, I will replace the item and re-ship it to you but you will have to sign for the package the 2nd time around.

Again it is imparative that you contact me withing 72 hours, if that does not happen Babybumz is not responsible for replacing the item.

We accept Paypal, and will accept E-checks but NO personal checks or money orders. We also will consider doing product trades. So if you have a shop and would like one of my products shoot me a message and lets see what we can work out.

In the case of and E-check, Products will not ship our until the funds are deposited into our Paypal account.

Babybumz does not offer refunds! If there is a problem we will work with you to make it right, we have many different options but a refund is not one of them.

If there is a problem with a product I will credit you the amount of the cost of shipping it back to me for a replacement. I make and package every product so if there is an issue I will need to see it prior to replacing the product. If you do not want the same product I will offer you a store credit or a different product in my shop.

If you purchase products in Babybumz shop as a gift and the recipient is wanting different products, I will work with them to get the items they want. The cost of shipping the item back will have to be covered by either the receipient or the buyer, once the items are returned and any cost difference is paid/refunded the new items they would like will be shipped to them directly.

We do offer gift certificates to our shops as well if this is of interest to you please contact me directly and I will make a special order for you.

All Products that are sold by Babybumz are handmade, hand packaged & labeled. I try to make sure that every product that is sold is the same as the last, unless it is improved. Though texture might vary a very very slight bit with different batches, it is all in the mixing with several of my products. All liquid products need to be shaken before use, sorry but it just needs to happen for the full effectiveness of the product. Yabocream also needs to be rolled or smacked in your hand a couple times if you haven't used it in a while. Oils are heavy and they do pull out of the base if it sits long enough. I only use natural binding agents and they are not perfect but a little shake here and there is well worth a chemical free product!!!
