It is customized with a badge number and you can choose Mrs or Wife to be on it in the corner, if you wish. When you're done with your wedding day, you can take the heart off and it's one of my necklaces for you to wear forever! I will send a 20" stainless steel 2mm chain also! I have the garters in white or black...I can also make these for Firemen! This can be purchased as the charm only also. Charm only is just the charm, no chain, no garter.
