bought this for homecoming. it took over 3 weeks to come in, so not on time- I ordered 2 weeks in advance. while the body of the dress fits fine, its sleeve are not only extremely tight, but also short. My arms are thin and a normal length, so this was upsetting. the pictures suggests it had a loose skirt, like the kind you can twirl in, however that is not at all true, as it is a boxy shape. it isnt even a form fitting kind of thing, as the edges stuck out in an ugly manner.
