Hello ,

My name is Claudia Tremblay and i am from Québec, Canada.

I started to paint 12 years ago when sent to Guatemala with an N.G.O . My task in Guatemala was to work with refugee women returning from mexico after the war.. I had studied horticulture and was suppose to make gardens with them in an hostile land..In my free time, i started to paint these beautiful ,hard working woman...One thing led to another and i opened a little art gallery . I employed guatemalan woman and we started to distribute and reproduce my paintings. I was so happy to live from my art and help other people! I lived there for 13 years. Now i am back in canada with my guatemalan son, unfortunately the violence is raising in Guatemala and the tourism is low. Now back in Montréal, we started a new life and i am now painting everything that moves me.

I have a little work shop where i hand print everything with a high quality art printer and quality ink.. I put a lot of care and love in everything related to this work. It is truly a passion. Feel free to contact me regarding sizes, and custom paintings, i will be happy to respond !
