i added new items to my account, with tags so people can find them, but I can't even find them using my tags. Why is this?
I can't find my items either and don't even see them in my store. I have 6 items listed and only 3 show up. It has been a couple weeks since I put the additional ones on. Also I used to have a lot of listing that seemed to have dissapeard from my store and they are no where to be found. Not even in the relist section.

I did take a look yesterday and saw them there, I didn't realize they took up to 24 hrs to view.

Can you send your store link to support@luulla.com and we will take a look at this problem that you are facing.
If the item is new, it will take up to 24 hours for the item to be seen as the crawler will need time to index your items to the correct keyword and update the search database.
