Please open your order at time of receipt for any damages, because these are breakable items I can replace them if it is a shipper issue. I can't replace anything that's been in your hands for any extended period of time that you have not checked. I know it's obvious but like anything else that you purchase that's breakable, please open the box and inspect your order.
