We accept Paypal and Credit Cards through Paypal (you do NOT need a Paypal account to use your credit card) Paypal will process your card whether you have an account with them or not.

PROPAY is also available as our secure credit card processor. Simply choose 'Other' as your payment option and indicate in the notes area this is how you wish to pay and I will invoice you (please include your email so I know where to send the invoice).

If we foresee a delay with shipping your order we will contact you immediately on the lead time. Busy times of the year may cause unforeseen delays.

NOTE: We reserve the right to cancel / refund any transaction that we feel may be high risk. (e.g. If you have too much negative feedback, may be fraudulent, etc).

~ We take great care in packaging your items. All shipments include delivery confirmation within the USA.

~ Items are shipped USPS First Class mail, unless a more economical venue is available. I also use Priority Mail and FedEx when warranted.

~ Purchases are always shipped to your Paypal account address, unless other arrangements have been made.

We will not be held financially responsible if you supply us with an incorrect mailing address. Please be sure your shipping information is accurate. This has been an issue in the past. If the item(s) is returned un-deliverable we will contact you and re-ship once additional postage has been paid.

~ If your item has not arrived in a timely manner, please let us know so we can look into the issue. If it's lost we can work together on a replacement. If the USPS tracking information claims it has been delivered, then it's an issue with USPS.

No refunds will be made on custom orders/requests. Custom orders require a

50% deposit before creating begins (not refundable if you choose to cancel). The remaining is due prior to shipping. Custom items there are no exchanges or credits.

No refunds on products, only replacements or store credit. Judged on a per product basis. In the instance that a refund is granted.... Item(s) must be in unopened original unused condition. Unless it's an error on my part; postage will not be refunded only the item(s) purchase price. If item(s) arrive damaged; a quality photo of proof is usually required (this photo may be used to file a damage claim with USPS).

Items returned from an incorrect address supplied to us is the responsibility of the buyer to pay to re-ship.

~ Powder Puff GUARANTEE ~

If you encounter a problem with your handmade powder puff duster (within 6 months from purchase date), let me know and I'll repair/replace it for you (may need to substitute fabric if no longer available). A photo of problem will be required, I cannot replace something that has been recklessly abused. Regular wear and tear is to be expected with use. There are times when unexpected things can happen, but I will stand behind it.

This does not apply to wholesale orders.

In the case of an order requiring a scent choice to be indicated upon checkout. If a scent is not indicated I will contact you to see which scent you wish to receive (ex: powder).

If I don't hear back from you within 24 hrs I will send your item UNSCENTED. :)

If it happens to be from a perfume choice to be made (ex: perfume oil); I will contact you and wait for your response before shipping (until I hear back I'm unable to ship the item).

~ ESSENTIAL OILS CAUTION ~ Some essential oils can cause strong interactions during pregnancy, certain illnesses or while nursing. Some that are known to do this (but not limited too only these) are listed below. Please consult with your physician / practitioner for guidance of their use and if it's right for you.
