ROVING: I usually dye my roving in amounts of 1/2 pound at the time. If there is a specific colorway that you like and want to get more, please send me a convo to ask for availability.

SOCK YARN: I usually dye the yarn in amounts of 3 or 4 skeins. If you see something in the store and would like to get more, please convo me to ask for availability.

I welcome Paypal payments and money orders. Although I prefer Paypal, I will accept personal checks it if this is the only way you can pay me. The goods will be sent after the check clears. Please be aware that this will take longer than paying with Paypal. For international orders I will only accept Paypal. California costumers will be charge with 9% Sales tax.

Payment is expected within 24 hrs of purchase. If you need more time, please let me know, otherwise the order will be cancel and the item relisted. I'm happy to reserve items for a few days, but please let me know before.

I will ship daily Monday trough Friday via USPS First class mail. Please make sure to give me your correct shipping address. I will ship to your Paypal address. Please send me a convo if you want a different address to be ship to.

Note on shipping for USA costumers: When you order more than 2 items (skeins, braids, or combined), or more than 13 oz, your shipping order will be upgrade it to priority mail and refunds will be made. I'm trying to figure out the best way to charge the least amount for shipping, and this seems to be the best way of doing it so far. The shipping charges quoted are just an estimation for Paypal purposes.

For shipping outside USA: I ship USPS first class, so far I have ship to Germany, Australia, Israel, New Zealand, England, Finland, Norway and all my orders have arrive in a timely manner. The shipping costs quoted here are just an estimation for Paypal purposes. If the shipping cost is less than the quoted, refunds will be made.

Of course my main goal is that my customers are happy with their purchase. Be sure of your decision before you buy one of my items listed for sale. I will be happy to answer any of your questions before buying a product. Returns are accepted up to 7 days of date of delivery. Buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs. The goods should be returned in the original and unused condition. Refunds will be made via Paypal minus the shipping costs.

All my fiber is rinsed with Eucalan which is a non toxic, phosphate free and biodegradable rinsing agent.
