Normally, you will receive the dress within 20 working days. If you want to rush this order ,please do remember to ask us whether we can do it or not before you placed the order ,you have to pay extra $30 for a rush order.
Ⅳ: Package & Shipment
1. Your dress will be packed in a waterproof plastic bag firstly, and then in professional DHL/EMS/UPS shipping bag;
We work with DHL, UPS, EMS, Aramex, China Post Air Mail, We also use other post office depend on different countries and safety, and we will inform you the tracking number after post .
Ⅴ: Cancellations Policy
1.Orders cancelled within 24 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund;
2 .Orders cancelled within 1--3 days after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund, consisting of the full shipping cost and 50% of the product purchase price;
3 .Orders canceled after 3 days of payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund, consisting of the full shipping cost and 40% of the product purchase price;
4 .Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled .

1.We will accept returns if dresses have quality problems, wrong delivery time. We also hold the right to refuse any unreasonable returns, such as wrong size you gave us or standard size which we made right, but we offer free modification.
2. You have 7 days to contact us for returning it from the date you received it.
3. The following issues are fully refundable: Wrong Size, Wrong Color, Wrong style, damaged dress- 100% Refund, remake one or return 50% payment if you keep the dress.
4. The returned item must be in its perfect condition (as new). You can try the dress on, but be sure not to stretch it or make any dirty marks. Otherwise it will not be accepted.
5. No Return: Worn, Perfumed, Altered or withoutthe original Brand & Labels.
6. No Refund: Custom-Made Pettie or Plus Size and Made to your Specification.
7. the shipping fee to return or exchange should be paid by buyer.
Ⅶ: How to Return
In order for your return or exchange to be accepted, please carefully follow our guide:
1. Contact us within 2 days after receiving the dress (please let us know if you have some exceptional cases in advance)
2. Provide us with photos of the dress, to show evidence of damage or bad quality. This also applies to the wrong size, incorrect style, and mismatching color issues.

Except Unite States, most buyers need to pay customs taxes. In order to save your cost, we have marked around $30-40.00 on the invoice, then you just pay less taxes.
