A classic pattern in an unsual place!
This little leveret is made from from one piece of chunky 10mm thick clear float glass that has been cut to shape using a water jet cutting machine.
It has then been hand-printed in black enamel, which is fired into place making it waterproof and resistant to sunlight. All my kiln-fired pieces are carefully digitally annealed and cooled for strength and safety.
The Hare measures -
Height - 100mm / 4 inches
Width - 70mm / 2 3/4 inches
Depth - 10mm / 3/8 inch
Weight - 100g / 3 1/2 oz
Custom orders are welcome and most designs can be produced in various colours, so please convo to discuss and ideas you might have!
This piece is unique and designed by me in my studio in Edinburgh, for a little taste of Scotland.
