PayPal---the easiest way to buy! You don't even have to have a PayPal account! You can use your credit or debit card through PayPal. Payment must be made within 3 days of purchase. If payment is not made within the specified time, the sale will be canceled and the item(s) re-listed. If you need more time, please contact me, and I will work with you.

In the US, I ship by USPS Priority Mail, please make sure your address is correct with PayPal. If you would like insurance, please notify me in the "Message to Seller" box during checkout. I will then adjust the shipping or send you an invoice for the insurance if you have already paid. Packaging costs are included in shipping prices. Purchase will be shipped within 2-3 business days after payment clears.

I am not responsible for lost or damaged packages or delays due to the Postal Service.

Please understand that all items in my shop are handmade. No factory here, just a creative heart and a drive to make fun and exciting heirlooms for you!

A satisfied customer is my goal! If you are dissatisfied with your purchase in any way, I will issue you a refund (minus shipping costs and Etsy fees). Please contact me within 10 days of receipt of item(s). Item(s) must be returned (at your own expense) in NEW and UNUSED condition within 15 days of purchase date. I will not give refunds for items that have been damaged or altered in any way. Refund will be issued within 2-3 business days after I receive returned item(s).

LOCAL BUYERS:

If you live locally and are interested in a listing, just use the 'contact' link on the particular listing page, and let me know. If you definitely want to purchase the item, I will reserve it for you. If you want to pick the item up, I will remove the shipping charges. But you MUST contact me first, before you go through the payment process, or shipping will be charged. We can then arrange for pick-up of the item.

CUSTOM ORDERS: My goal is to stock my LUULLA shop with so many different dolls that a custom order will not be necessary. With that being said.... If you don't see a doll in my LUULLA shop, send me a message/convo with what you are looking for ♥
