We will refund for the full price of an item within 14 days of receipt(shipping costs excluded), if it is unused and in original packaging(to ensure they are adequately protected in transit).

Any additional return shipping costs to Latvia must be covered by buyer; tracking number is required.

Shipping fees are non-refundable when packages are refused(returned and marked as unclaimed) or incorrect addresses are provided prior to shipping.
