Please place an order ONE MONTH before your wedding date. It is tricky to calculate how long your country customs will hold your parcel and release it to you. Holiday period delays and customs delays are beyond my control, so I sincerely seek your understanding and patience.

** SHIPPING METHOD: Canada Post & United States Post

We are located in Canada. For US and international orders, we use a service that brings orders to Blaine, WA, U.S.A from Vancouver, Canada in order to use United States Postal Service. This service is faster than using Canada Post.

** OUR SHOP ADDRESS ** The sender (our shop) US address or Canada address on the parcel is for shipping agency only; thus it is NOT a return address. You will have to contact me for our Canadian address. The shipping company will not accept any returned parcel from the domestic nor overseas post.

** RETURNED MAIL** 20% restocking & handling fees will be deducted from the payment. This includes cases of an incorrect address provided by you and of the unclaimed parcel by you. Therefore, please respond to your post office asap if they leave you a pick-up note. The original shipping fee is NOT refundable.

** CANCELLATION ** If you cancel your order BEFORE shipment, $3.00 cancellation fee will be deducted from your full payment. Once your order has been shipped out, NO cancellation is possible.

** TAXES & CUSTOM FEES ** International buyers are responsible for all customs and sales taxes/fees associated with receiving items from my Etsy shop. Please contact your local Customs office to inquire about any taxes or customs fees.
