Pound cake with an old fashioned flavor of nutmeg. Pure butter and freshly grated nutmeg flavors this fine crumbed, flavorful cake. Not to sweet of a cake, perfect with coffee, for dessert, snacking, gift giving, or to serve to company. It reminds me of the flavor of a good old fashioned cake doughnut. Gluten free products that are moist, full of flavor and great texture is what you will experience with my bread and cake products.
Not too found of nutmeg, then try our vanilla bean flavor, same recipe just without the nutmeg and instead it has my own handcrafted vanilla. Both flavors are wonderful with fresh fruits too!

For best storage place in the freezer as soon as your order arrives and use as needed. You may slice your product before freezing to make it easier to thaw and serve. The cake freezes beautifully, kept in original packaging and in an airtight container. In hot weather please do not leave it sitting on the counter. Your cake will arrive wrapped in aluminum foil, and placed in an airtight container or heat sealed bag, tied with a blue ribbon with a product card.
