Return Process

1) Contact our customer service within 3 days of your order's delivery date*. Include an explanation and photographs documenting the reason for the return.

2)Once Customer Service has approved your request, please send the item and the completed Product Return Form back to us as soon as possible.

3) Once received at our facility, your return will be processed in 3 to 5 business days.

Once shipped most orders take anywhere from 5 to 8 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 7 and 10 days.

If you are very hurry to get the order, you can make order as rush order, the dress will be arrive within 17 days.

Orders cancelled within 12 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund, or

- Orders cancelled 12 - 24 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 10% of

the product purchase price, or

- Orders cancelled after 24 hours of payment confirmation but before shipping will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping

Absolutely –if our standard sizes don’t work for you, we can make you a custom-sized dress for you. Just choose the color you want and choose any size you like,after you placed your order and finished your payment, contact me with your own measurements and order id and I will arrange the customize service for you. Getting professionally measured is best, but if you want to do it yourself be sure to read our measuring guide first. Avoid common mistakes by doing the following:

Ask someone else to measure for you. Take measurements while wearing undergarments similar to what you’ll wear with the dress. Provide a bust measurement from the fullest part of your chest, not your bra size! Give your measurements in inches. Measure hollow to floor while wearing shoes of the same height you’ll wear with the dress.
