INCORRECT ADDRESS:

If you notice your address is incorrect you must let us know right away before it has been shipped!

If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address there will be a $5.00 CAD processing fee due as well any costs to have it reshipped if you so choose. If you opt for a refund instead, the fee will deducted from your refund. Thank you for your understanding

•The warranty period for goods purchased from Resiness is 120 days from the date of purchase.

•This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the normal warranty period.

•During the warranty period, Resiness will refund or replace, at no charge, products that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

•The warranty period will not be extended at any time regardless of gift giving and holiday intent.

•A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

•Jewelry cleaners.

•Perfume or hairspray or any other alcohol content exposure.

•Dropping, squishing or running over which could result in bent posts, or loss in the decorative part of the earring through improper maintenance and care.

Are Your Titanium Earrings Pure Titanium?

Yes! They are 100% commercially pure Grade 1 titanium and are completely hypoallergenic and nickel free.

Are your earrings sold in pairs?

Yes! All of our earrings are sold in pairs. Quantity 1 = 1 pair.

Are the backings simple push backs or are they screw on backings?

We do not carry screw on backings, they are all push back.

The #1 - Small Titanium and #2 - 430 Surgical Steel backings "click" into the bullet tip on the post, and the barrel backings (#3 & #4) have mechanical grips which sort of cling to the post with pressure while #5 soft nylon backings use friction to cling to the post.
