Our custom dress is free of charge.(Beyond US12, except in large size or custom sizes and colors)

Except Unite States, most buyers need to pay customs taxes, in order to save cost for you, we have marked around $30-40.00 on the invoice, then you just pay less taxes, please note that it's express help customs collect this payment, it is not shipping cost, as shipping cost has already paid before sending.

If your address is a remote address, the express company will charge us a remote fee, we will inform you to pay, please do not be surprised, thank you for your understanding.

1.Our customers can return/exchange the dresses for refund, if we send you wrong size/poor quality dresses.Please Note that Custom Made Order are can't be returned(custom made and custom size or color as not picture shown or more than US12)

Any problem with the dress must be reported to us within 2 days and returned to us within 7 days.The tag cannot be removed.Otherwise it cannot be processed.

2.Custom dresses are handmade,most dresses are 99% similar, while a small part of dresses are due to the complexity of craftsmanship and the particularity of handwork. There will be about 5% difference between the product picture and the product you receive.For example, handmade flowers and handmade beading,sequins or special fabric dyeing techniques.If you request 100% same as the picture ,Please be careful with your purchase.We are sorry for it.Please understand and support.

1. Measurements or Size.

Due to this is online shopping, the right measurments or size is always the most important key to tailor the fitting dresses. So, it is very important dear you give us your right measurements or size according to our measuring guide and size chart. If buyers send us wrong measurements/size or you lose/gain the weight after you provide the measurements which results in a unfitting dress, or you just don't like the dress,I am sorry we are unable to accept return request.

2.Color Representation:

We try our best to get the color shown in the photos to be true to the original although color representation can vary per individual computer monitors as the brightness setting on your monitor may affect how the color is shown. The color difference is unable to be 100% avoided, if you worried, you are always welcome to request the fabric sample.

In order for your return or exchange to be accepted, please carefully follow our guide:

1). Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the dress.

2). Provide us with photos of the dress, to show evidence of damage or bad quality, this also applies for the size, or incorrect style and colour etc.

3). The returned item must be in perfect condition (as new), you can try the dress on, but be sure not to stretch it or make any dirty marks, otherwise it will not be accepted.

4). The tracking number of the returned item must be provided together with the reference code issued.

5). If you prefer to exchange dresses, then a price difference will be charged if more expensive.

6). You are required to pay for the shipping fee to return or exchange the dress.

Please understand, We cannot refund RETURN SHIPPING cost.

The shipping freight of 0.5kg-1kg is 30 USD, 1kg-1.5kg is 40 USD(shipping cost depends on the weight of the custom dress).Shipping cost is not refundable, it has been used .

We know that ordering dresses for your special occasion is an important job, so we have a cancellation policy. However, it is important to note that our dresses are produced to order and once the creation process begins, the materials cannot be reused. The good news is that after you place your order, you still have time to make up your mind, see the cancellation policy below.

Our cancellation policy

1. Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be deducted purchase charge of 15% of the total price .

2. Orders cancelled 1-3 days after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund, including full shipping and 50% of product purchase price.

3. Orders cancelled 3 days after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund, including full shipping costs.

4. Once your order is sent, it cannot be cancelled anymore.
