I accept returns within 7 days after the receipt of the order. Please contact me if you want a refund or exchange. Most problems can and will be worked out. I want you to be happy with your new purchase! Shipping and Handling fees are not refundable. Photo proof of damage or incorrect item is required and orders are considered lost after 6 weeks.

Custom orders are not refundable unless faulty.

I accept payment made through PayPal and Credit card.

You Do NOT need a Paypal account to pay by credit card as Paypal offers an option to pay by credit card through their site if you would rather not register with them. You only need a credit card to purchase and pay through PayPal.

Your order will be shipped within 5 business days from the time I receive your order. You will receive a shipping notification once your order is shipped. Items are shipped to the Etsy address provided at checkout. If you`d like me to ship it to another address please let me know.

Custom orders are very welcome! A deposit of at least 50% is due before project is started and balance due before shipping. If you are interested in purchasing multiple items or a large custom order, please contact me. In most cases I can provide discounts.

Please allow 3 days (from the day of a cleared payment) to process your order. Please note orders will not ship until payment has cleared. Large custom orders may require a little longer, please inquire. You will receive a shipping notification from me when your order is shipped. You may need to check your spam filter setting to make sure you can receive my shipping notification.

If you need faster shipping I will ship by International Priority mail. Please contact me for express shipping options at additional charge. I am not responsible for lost packages in the mail. Please note that there can be no guarantees of delivery unless insurance is purchased as well, although the Finnish postal system is very reliable. If you would like to use the recorded delivery service, please contact me.

If you purchased the jewelry as a gift, email me asap and I will work with you to make sure the order is processed in time to reach the recipient. I can also include a personal note from you, if you wish. The materials I use are all nickel and lead free.
