Fabric is 100% cotton. Cool Crisp and wonderful to play in.
This dress has a full skirt with a ruffle attached to a band at the front waist. The top is lined. All seams are finished with a serged edge, and top stitching is used where it will look good and reinforce. There is elastic at the top and waist in the back to insure a good fit. (once an item is purchased elastic can be adjusted if needed) I love the bright bold colors of this fabric. The solid is a bright pink, it doesn't show good in the pic. There is an accent bow at the waist.
