Shipping
Ship all items through the USPS First class. If you would like or need expedited or another venue to ship please notify me so I can adjust shipping charges and make additional arrangements. I will also do International shipping as well but can not be responsible for delays that may get held up in customs or seizures of items or any other delays or problems that may arise, customer accepts full responsibility. All orders usually ship within the same day unless it is a weekend or holiday or the post office or other shipping facility is closed or you have requested a custom order. Payment must clear before I can ship your order.
Custom Orders
Custom orders are welcome with your desired colors and themes. Arrangements will need to be made if the order is $100.00 and over, I will require a down payment of at least 50%. If I feel something is out of my element and I am unable to do it I will notify you before arrangements are made.
Refunds
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason simply contact me and send the piece back in good/unused condition within 7 days, and I will refund your purchase price & original shipping fee. Note, however, that I will not refund the price of return shipping or except a return if it is after the wedding or event date. If damages occur during shipping please let me know so I can replace your item. Thank You.
