All our cases are made by ourselves , we need 1-2 days for production , and shipped out every Mon - Fri.

Please contact seller within 24 hours after buyer ordered it. If buyer want to cancel and change order.

Seller will ask question to buyer. If buyer don't note or select device and border color of case ,

If buyer has no response within 2 days , Seller will sent case like the case in the first photo in the listing which buyer ordered.

Item will be shipped within 2-3 business days after receiving cleared payment.

That usually takes 1-3 weeks for delivery depending on your location.

However it may takes 4-5 weeks for some places but sometimes take little longer due to weekend , holiday or uncontrolled condition.

If you haven't receive your order after 5 weeks, please contact us.

If there are some error, please contact me within 7 days. (Return after this period will not be accepted).

If you do not receive or item broken during shipping time, please tell me before you give me the feedback. We can discuss the best possible solution.

Seller is not responsible. If order is returned or lost because of buyer give information wrong. (ex. the wrong address).

Please make sure your shipping address is correct.

In case of returning item, buyer is responsible for the shipping cost and shipping cost is non-refundable.

Seller don't send money or order back if the order is not returned.

1.) If buyer want for resend , Buyer is responsible for the resend shipping fee in case of returning.

2.) If buyer want money back, seller will send back 70% of the price of order not including shipping fee., making case has costs in production and it will be not bought by someone.

(If the case is customized and personalized , seller don't send money back because it can not sell for other.)

Seller is NOT RETURN MONEY BACK

- If buyer want to return for getting money back in case item arrived late for gift or holidays or special day. (but buyer still received item within 40 days).

Because my policies tell that it take around 2-3 weeks for shipping (may be 4-5 weeks for some place)

- If order is returned or lost because of buyer give information wrong.(ex. the wrong address).

Please make sure your shipping address is correct.

- If order is returned in case buyer was NOT a home when order was arrived and item is unclaimed.
