These are all custom and made-to-order items, so the "custom items" policy applies, and it is listed in the item listings that these are made to order;. Custom orders or Made to Order items cannot be returned. They are created specifically upon order, and are not kept in stock.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact me within 3 days of receiving the item, along with a picture of the damaged item, and we will have another exact item created and sent to you as a replacement. The replacement will be the same size and design as originally ordered - Refunds are not given for custom-made items, as the costs have already been outlaid to create the custom item for you.

CUSTOMS/ BORDER CHARGES:

All costs incurred by borders and customs charged on the shipment of items will be the sole responsibility of the Buyer.*** As with any items that are shipped internationally, the charges incurred by government are out of a seller's control. Please contact me IN ADVANCE of purchasing, if you have questions regarding this or where my items ship from.

ORIGINAL ART RETURNS/REFUNDS: If original art is damaged in the process of shipping it to you, please contact me IMMEDIATELY to arrange a return of the piece and a resolution to the situation. As I aim to make my customers happy, I will either re-create the piece for you as close to the original as possible, or will provide a refund. But, as I package my items carefully, this should not be a common issue at all.

If you choose to return your original artwork, please CONTACT ME within 1-3 DAYS after receiving the piece, and we can arrange for it to be shipped back to me and you purchase price refunded. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer, but full repayment of purchase price will be issued when I receive the returned item in original condition.

If you see one of my works and need it in a different size (or, like an item that has been sold), etc., just let me know your commission requests. I will create as close a duplicate as possible in your chosen size or colour palette. Pricing will be based upon size of canvas chosen and time involved in creating the piece. I will quote a price before beginning any work, and would love to incorporate your suggestions to make the perfect piece for your home!

If you would like to place a custom order for a painting or alternative piece of art, please convo me with details of your request. A deposit will be required to begin work on your custom piece, with full payment prior to shipping. I will send you a photo of the artwork for your approval before finalizing the sale and shipping it to you :) When ordering a custom painting, please indicate the size of canvas you would like to have it made on, as this will impact the cost of the listing. I will provide a quote for the artwork commission prior to beginning any work on it, and will take your ideas into account when create the piece. i want to make the perfect piece for you and your home~

If you are placing an order for a "Made to Order" home decor or tech device item which is labeled as "made to order", please be aware this is a custom item. And custom item policies apply. Replacements will only be provided for these if they arrive damaged or defective from what the listing states/shows. These items cannot be refunded, as they are not kept in stock, but are made on-order for each customer.

My name is Julia Di Sano, and I am the artist behind all the artistic creations at Ebi Emporium! I attended art school in Canada for 4 years, wherein I was traditionally trained in art using various mediums, including watercolour, acrylic, oil, egg tempra, etc. in painting. I also studied and practiced in other areas, such as sculpting and still life/ figure drawing.
