SHIPPING
If there is a conflict between your Luulla and Paypal addresses, or if you are paying by money order or Paypal e-check, this will be longer. REFUNDS and EXCHANGES
Please read the description of each item carefully, I always include pertinent information and do my best to get your item to you safely. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason simply notify me by email, send the piece back in good/unused condition within 14 days, and I will refund your purchase price & original shipping fee. Note, however, that I will not refund the price of return shipping.
