- We ship worldwide by South Korea Postal Service.
-In case of Chile and Colombia can be accepted only express mail (EMS) service. it is more expensive than normal postal service fee. So please kindly contact when you want to place an order from South America.

Refund and Exchanges

If the fabric has a defect, we will give you a refund, re-send the fabric or give store credit depending on what you want. We try to describe the items as close to the actual product as possible but purchasing on the internet has its own risks. No exchange or refund is possible when you don't like what you ordered after receiving your order. Colors on each monitor may look different. No exchange or refund due to this reason. Packages are returned to us sometimes due to unknown address or because there was nobody at home.
