Payment
We accept PayPal only!
You can pay with funds in your PayPal account or with a credit card through PayPal. If you are not a member of PayPal, you can still purchase through their site with a credit card by clicking on the Paypal icon.
Payment should be made within 3 days after end of purchase.
Shipping
All items are shipped out via Registered airmail within 1-2 business day after payment and it takes 3~4 weeks for delivery. We also provide Express Mail (EMS) and FeDex if you want faster shipping (3-7 business days). Please let me know once purchasing.
The shipping upgrade service usually takes
Registered mail - 2~3 weeks.
EMS - 5~6 days
Fedex - 3~4 days
We are not responsible for any of missing package if you placed an order via regular shipping.
Shipping address: Items will be shipped to the address entered on Luulla. Please be sure when ordering to submit the correct shipping address when ordering on Luulla. I cannot be responsible for items not received due to incorrect submitted addresses.
International Packages can take anywhere from 7 to 20 days and maybe longer depending on your local postal system. Please give your international packages time to deliver.
Refunds and Exchanges
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Contact me within a week of receiving your order for refund or exchange. But we do not pay any shipping cost.
