Most of the items in my shop are "made to order" and usually takes 3-5 days to make.

Items that are listed as "Ready to Ship" will be shipped out the next business day.

We gladly accept all major Credit/Debit cards, PayPal, and Etsy gift cards.

Custom listings must be paid in full before I can start working on your order. If no payment is made in 3 days, order will be cancelled

Your item will be shipped via USPS first class which will arrive within 2-5 days domestic and within 2-3 weeks internationally, or sooner if you purchased a shipping upgrade.

Kailo Custom Creations is not responsbile for lost items during transit.

REFUNDS: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 48 hours upon receipt of your item and I will be more than happy to work with you and help make your shopping experience with us a positive one!. We also offer exchanges/store credit. Please see Exchanges/Store Credit policy below. PDF crochet patterns are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES/STORE CREDIT: Buyer must contact me within 48 hours upon receipt of your item. Buyer is responsible for return postage and item must be shipped within 10 days of receipt. Your new item will be made and shipped upon receipt of the item you are exchanging. Store credit will be given upon receipt of the item you are returning. Item must still be in great condition and show no signs of damage or wear and tear. Damaged items will not be exchanged or be eligible for store credit. Kailo Custom Creations will pay to have your new item shipped to you. Original shipping charges, rush order and skip-the-line fees are non-refundable
