A beautiful patchwork quilt made up in a flower garden design using delicate pastel colours. This quilt has been partly made up with a quilt that I rescued from a vintage and craft fair, where new blooms have been added , along with a fresh new backing.
The quilt has been hand-stitched by me around the hexagon shapes to attach the backing, and the extra flowers have been appliqued using a straight stitch. by machine. I just love the mixture of vintage and modern that makes up this sweet baby quilt as special gift for someone.
Can be used as a lovely pram/stroller blanket, a play mat for tummy time , a crib quilt, or sofa- throw, as well as an addition to a toddlers or childs' bed .
The quilt is made up in cotton fabric, with cotton wadding.
Measures "35" x "49".
Can be machine washed on a low setting.
Can be thoughtfully wrapped and sent as a gift elsewhere.
This quilt has now been sold. However I can make up another one for you using similar colours.
