I will verify the quality of all of my pieces before shipping, but if you are dissatisfied, you are welcome to return any item (other than custom orders) for a refund or repair, your choice. Please contact me prior to sending back your item(s) for a Return Authorization # so that I am aware of and can anticipate a return package. The return shipping costs must be paid for by you and original shipping costs cannot be refunded. When sending an item back to me, please consider using delivery confirmation and insurance, as I cannot take action until the item is received.
