Items shipped USPS 1st class.Will ship out normally within 3 business days after payment clears. Made to order items ship within 3 to 5 business days.
International Buyer is responsible for customs and taxes incurred on their end. Couture Service has no control over these taxes.
Note to International Buyers: We ship USPS 1st class. Please allow sufficient time for package to arrive. Your package may be delayed at customs.
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the nature of the product: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds or exchanges, unless we have made an error, such as item received is wrong item: Notify us immediately by e-mail.

Custom orders are accepted. We offer garment construction, as well as pattern drafting. Please inquire.
Custom orders for in stock items have an additional 25% cost. Payment for custom orders: 1/2 non refundable deposit due in advance, 1/2 plus shipping due within 7 days.
For custom turbans and accessories in a color that we do not have in stock, a non-refundable fee of $10.00 is to be paid in advance. This is to defray the cost of obtaining custom fabric or yarn. Client also has option to send us fabric, or yarn of choice, via tracking method.
