I purchased a ring in April 2015. The ring did not match the color depicted on the website so I returned it. On May 26th the merchant received the ring back and since then I have been trying to get a refund. We have been messaging back and forth without resolution. The merchant, at some point, told me she did not have the funds to process it and needed to wait until she sells some other items. I have been very patient and understanding however I am now feeling aggravated and disrespected since it's already July and the merchant will not reply back. Be aware!
