Payment is expected soon after your order is placed. If payment is not received and I don't hear from you within 48 hours, I will contact Luulla admin. to cancel the order.

I accept payment through Paypal. Please note that you can pay by credit card (it's through Paypal secured system) without signing up for Paypal - just follow the steps through Checkout to the Paypal link to complete your purchase. You may then pay by credit card with or without signing into Paypal.

I will ship your item(s) within 3 days (usually next day) of receiving payment except for custom work. For custom work, I will convo you with an estimated time of completion/shipment.

Your package will be sent via standard Canada Post, usually by small packet air. Tracking is not available. If you wish other shipping options such as quicker delivery or tracking, please convo me prior to ordering and I will get a quote for you - unfortunately, Canada Post is expensive and the price of these options are quite high.

For U.S. and International customers: I am shipping from Canada, delivery to the U.S. usually takes 7 to 10 business days (business days are Mon-Fri) but can take longer. Please allow delays for customs. Unfortunately, I have no control over the mail and cannot guarantee delivery times. Any customs, duty or brokerage charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

You may return any item except earrings within 10 days of purchase for a complete refund minus shipping and handling (you must convo/notify me of a return prior to sending back and all items must be unused and in the original condition). For earring returns, a fee of $4.00 will be deducted from the refund. This is to replace the earwires that cannot be reused due to hygienic reasons.

Sorry, I cannot offer refunds or exchanges on custom orders.

I have had many women tell me that they can never get matching necklace and earrings because they don't have pierced ears. If you love a necklace and earrings set but don't have pierced ears, I can usually change out the earwire for a silver or gold plated clip on earring. Just convo me and ask if it's possible for the set that you're interested in. There is no extra charge.

♥ BRACELETS - HOW TO MEASURE YOUR WRIST & DETERMINE YOUR SIZE ♥

Use a flexible measuring tape and measure just above the wrist bone (towards the elbow). If you don't have a flexible measuring tape, use a thin piece of paper and mark where the paper overlaps then measure the paper on a ruler. To determine what size bracelet you wear, add 1/4 inch to 1 inch depending on how tight or loose you like your bracelets to fit (average fit is 1/2 inch). For stretch bracelets, you don't need to add anything unless you want a looser bracelet. Keep in mind that this size is the inside circumference of the bracelet not the actual length of the bracelet. The actual length of the bracelet (when laid out flat) is usually larger than the inside circumference of the bracelet. This is because the beads are not flat and take up space on the inside circumference.
