What you get with your zipped file:

This is NOT iron on or a patch design. You need an embroidery machine to work with these files. You must have the relevant Software and Hardware to open, view and then transfer these designs onto your machine.
Please, make sure your email address is CORRECT, Luulla will email your download link to your registered email address . We are not responsible for any Non-Received items caused by invalid email address.
Within 24 hours or sooner of purchase you will get a convo from us. This convo will contain a link to all the digital items you order from us, which will allow you to download them.
So if you have not received your item within 48 hours, please check your junk mail box or contact us immediately.
All the designs are all done manually by myself, so it is prohibited to share, duplicate or sell my design directly. You may use them for personal use or you can sell products made based on my design.If you have any questions with the design, feel free to contact me, I will try my best to help.
