Absolutely horrible. The buyer won't communicate with you, I submitted a complaint through Luulla when my order didn't arrive after two months. Finally went through the resolution center with PayPal to get a refund. That took more time. I was refunded about 2 weeks ago. My shoes arrived today (March 7th) after placing the order on November 16th, The look NOTHING like the photo. They are cheap and smell like chemicals. So glad I got my money back.
