Orders ship within 1-3 business days after payment is received.

All items are packed carefully to prevent damage.

Please make sure your address at checkout is the correct shipping address as that will be the address I ship to.

Orders to the USA are shipped via DHL priority mail. Arrival time is usually within 10 business days. Orders to anywhere else are shipped via Israel Post registered mail and arrival time takes between 10-20 business days.

However, delays (like customs check and such) may occur and in some cases and your package can take up to 31 days to arrive.

Shipping and customs fees will be paid by the buyer.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, please contact me within 3 days of receipt of your item so we can try to work out the problem.

I accept exchanges and returns as long as the piece is returned in the exact condition that it was shipped. I unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges when a jewel appears worn or damaged in any way.

Returns are at your expense and must be shipped within 7 days of receipt.

Once I receive the item in original condition, I will send you a prompt refund to your PayPal account less the shipping fees.

Although I do my best to ensure size consistency, slight variances may occur as all items are handcrafted. Despite every effort to accurately duplicate each product's color through photography and color palettes and due to variations in an individual user's monitor settings, calibrations, color printing settings, and lighting sources, actual colors and textures may vary slightly.

My jewelry is made with many different materials. The materials for each piece are indicated in the item description in my store.

♦♦Gold Filled, Sterling silver, 2 micron gold plating, Rhodium Plating

Do not use abrasive compounds to clean the jewelry. The easiest way to care for it is to scrub it with an old soft cloth and a mild dish washing liquid. Rinse it well and lay on a towel to dry. Be sure it is completely dry before storing.

♦♦Gold or palladium plated jewelry

Plated parts are not to be used in water nor cleaned with any chemical cleaners. Keeping it in a dry condition will help the gold color last for years.

♦♦Gemstones

Avoid direct contact with water (salt or fresh), excessive perspiration, and chemicals such as chlorine, sulfure, perfumes, detergents, and lotions. They should simply be wiped gently with a moist cloth.
