I had an email regarding on Tuesday saying the shipper had just sent it from the Post Office. Now I got this notice from you today and discover it was just sent today. As this is a decorative item ordered as a gift to be given on Christmas Eve, this is not acceptable -- with the backup at the post office this time of year, there is a good chance it won't arrive in time, rendering it useless.
