Dotted Swiss Heart Banner in RED

Each of the 7 panels has two layers, the back one being red. The top panel is cut from white acid-free cardstock, in a heart and "dotted swiss" look. Panels measure approximately 3 3/8" by 5", and are cut in my non-smoking studio.
The banner has been strung on pretty white satin cording, and measures approximately 26", with an extra 2' of cording at each end for hanging.
