In order for your return or exchange to be accepted, please carefully follow our guide:

c. The returned item must be in new condition, be sure not to stretch it or make any dirty marks, otherwise it will not be accepted.
d. You are required to pay for the shipping fee to return or exchange the dress.
e, Custom taxes
Most countries need to pay the reasonable tax fee, normally we just declare $30~$50 on the parcel help you pay the less tax. Please note that the tax is not shipping cost, as shipping cost has already paid before sending.
