Personalized Bunting Little Extra's - Hand Appliques - They're Oh So Pretty And Fun

Thank you for visiting LITTLE KITTEN HOMEMADE. Everything is made with love, care and attention to detail in my home studio in the UK.

I am inspired daily, by beautiful fabrics, a rainbow of felt, ribbons, buttons and colour, colour, colour!!!

I applique all my bunting by hand and use COMIC SANS font in UPPERCASE for everything with the exception of Wedding Bunting where I use ARIAL font, again in UPPERCASE. If you require anything different to this, please contact me.

All personalised orders are posted within 21 days of receipt of payment. If you need your order quicker than this, let me know and I will always do my very best to help.

Ready to ship items will be posted within 2 working days (although I aim to post the next working day!)

I accept payment by PayPal only.

Payment to be received within 2 days of purchase please.

UK purchases will be sent using 1st Class mail

INTERNATIONAL purchases will be sent by Airmail.

If you require your purchase to be given Priority handling, please let me know at time of order. As I am sure you appreciate, once you parcel leaves me it is out of my control. I cannot accept responsibility for international orders that are held up in customs or parcels delayed in the post.

Buyers are responsible for any duty/tax that is due upon receipt of the package.

I am sorry, but I accept no liability for goods lost or damaged in transit, although I always obtain proof of postage and keep all certificates and receipts as PROOF to you that it was genuinely sent. I will insure goods if asked to do so at time of order, at additional cost, if the service is available.

All shipping charges are final and when you pay for your items you agree to the shipping fees and methods of postage.

I take great pride in my work and I am sure that you will be completely happy with your purchase.

If sadly this is not the case, I would ask in the first place that you NOTIFY me of your reason and intent to return your goods within 7 days of delivery and I will happily refund you once I have received the returned item.

Goods are returned at your cost unless there has been a mistake on my part. I will not however make a refund for the return postage, that is your responsibility.

Items must be returned in their original condition, if the items are received back damaged (other than postal damage) then only a part refund will be made. When returning items, I would recommend that you obtain receipt of postage from the Post Office as proof of postage, as I am unable to accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

As you would expect, all my Personalised, Custom or Made to Order Products are made to customer specifications, they are therefore, unless faulty, non-refundable.
