The trim on the ends of our glow in the dark charger is coated with a permanent acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive and back-end with a 5 mil poly coated paper liner. The luminescent system used is non-radioactive & non-toxic. It will glow in total darkness after exposure to artificial or natural light and will be fully charged within 30 minutes. Our chargers glow brightest the first 30 minutes after activation has ceased, but will remain clearly visible in a totally dark room to the night adapted eye for up to 12 hours.
