Girly Shop is not responsible for any shipping errors and delays due to the post office or incorrect addresses provided by the buyers.

So if your tracking numbers shows the package was delivered but you have not received it, we recommend you check with your postman/post office, neighbors, and/or front desk or leasing office (if the address is for an apartment/ business complex).

*Please note if you choose DHL/FEDEX as your shipping method and if you want to add or change your shipping address, an additional fee 33 USD will be added.

MADE TO ORDER PRODUCTS

The tailoring time for made-to-order products after receives cleared payment is 10-25 business days (depending on the size of the order).

Please note that this tailoring time do not include shipping/delivery time. This 10-25 business days is our time frame to produce dresses/accessories per one order. So please prepare your time by calculating our longest tailoring time with delivery time. If you need your order sooner or by a specific date, please choose DHL shipping method & leave us a note at checkout when you need the package. And keep in mind, the selection of DHL shipping method/rush shipping does not mean to speed up our tailoring time.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns/exchanges/refund If order is as requested (made-to-order & pre-made items), for sale items (or with discount code) & no longer want an item.

And Since Girly Shop offer free shipping worldwide for all orders, if you want to exchange the goods (Pre-made items only), you will need to pay the shipping cost from you to us or from us back to you. And you have to provide a tracking number for the items you want to exchange to us.

So please prepare your time carefully before deciding your little girls sizes/colors of the goods.

If you pay with PayPal you do not need a PayPal account to pay for your items through PayPal.

We understand that ordering a dress for your special occasion is an important undertaking, and our cancellation policy was created with this in mind. However, it is important to note that our dresses and some accessories are made-to-measure, whether you ordered a standard size or custom measurements, and the materials cannot be reused once the creation process has begun. The good news is that after placing your order, there is still time to change your mind.

You have 24 hours from the time the order confirmation is received to contact Girly Shop regarding canceling or adjusting the purchase order before we start to process your order.
