First class international by USPS with tracking# and delivery time varies with each country. When you buy an item you are responsible for custom or shipping charges if applicable in your country. I am not responsible for lost or damage packages during the delivery.

If there is an exception on a return, a 13% re-stocking fee will apply to the original price of the item(s). SHIPPING PRICE IS NON-REFUNDABLE.

All of my jewelry and accessories are hand crafted and custom made by me. Please allow 2 -5 days for shipment on a small order and 1 -2 weeks on custom orders depending on the size of the order from the date the order was placed.

Since all of the pieces are hand made, there will always be a slight differences between each piece but not noticeable.

Please do not hesitate to contact me about your bridal party jewelry. All of my bracelets are custom made to fit your wrist size and each of your bridesmaids wrist. When placing your bridal party order, please do not forget to include your size and each of your bridesmaids size.

All custom orders in the USA can take up to 1 week to make depending on the size of the order. Please allow yourself the time need it to place your order so that you can have your items before the time you will use them.

International custom orders need to be place at least 1 1/2 month in advance prior to the date you will be need the items because of delivery variations for each country.
