I expect immediate payment through PayPal. You do not have to be a PayPal member to use its services: simply click on “I do not have a PayPal account” to pay with a card. If payment is not received, I will try contacting you immediately via convo and/or e-mail. If payment is not received within three days, transaction will be canceled.

Canceling a transaction is done on a case-by-case basis - please convo me if you wish to cancel. Canceled transactions are subject to a 20% cancelation fee.

California residents are subject to a 7.75% sales tax.

Items are shipped within 3-5 business days of received received payment. Purchases are shipped and wrapped in bubble wrap envelopes for protection. I do offer upgraded gift wrapping boxes for purchase. I ship Mon-Fri between 10 am and 4 pm. All items are ready to ship unless otherwise stated. I ship to your PayPal address so leave a Note to Seller if you need it shipped to a different address.

On Domestic Shipping, I automatically include Delivery Confirmation. I am more than happy to include insurance for your purchase. Please let me know and I'll apply $1.75 to your order.

I am more than happy to upgrade your shipping if you need it. Please convo me and I'll change the shipping cost, or I'll send you a PayPal invoice for the difference if you've already purchased. Current prices reflect prices for the above shipping. Simply pay for the upgrade if you request it.

I cannot be held responsible for packages being damaged by the postal services. But, if something has happened to the package in transit, please contact me.

While I try to ship in a timely manner, USPS shipping times are only guidelines. Please make sure you purchase gifts in enough time. If you need me to ship ASAP, please leave a Note to Seller AND convo me to confirm. I will do my best on my end to help make sure your gift arrives on time. You can always upgrade and pay for overnight shipping if necessary - I am more than happy to offer it.

Note for INTERNATIONAL shipments: the local government may charge additional fees and taxes. The customer is responsible for those fees. This shop has no way of knowing in advance what those fees will be so please check customs after purchasing.

Some countries prohibit the mailing of jewelry to their country. As stated by USPS: "The term “jewelry” is generally understood to denote articles of more than nominal value. Inexpensive jewelry...such as...costume jewelry, containing little or no precious metal, is not considered to be jewelry within the meaning of this section and is accepted under the same conditions as other mailable merchandise to any country. Inexpensive jewelry is accepted to countries that prohibit jewelry, but only at the sender’s risk."

My pendants contain little precious metal. I currently ship my pendants to all countries with USPS First Class International Mail. By purchasing with me from a country that prohibits jewelry, you are acknowledging the risk outlined above & agree to not hold me liable as such. If you would like to upgrade your shipping to avoid said risk, please convo me & I will adjust your shipping costs appropriately.

At this time, I do not accept returns or exchanges. In the event there is a problem when your item arrives, please let me know within three days of receipt of your purchase so together we can find a solution. I take every measure possible to package your item securely but I do understand that accidents can happen during shipping.

Custom orders accepted (please see shop announcement)! Convo me to see if possible. Because my items are custom made to fit my clients needs, I cannot offer refunds once the product is complete. However, I will send completed photos before the product ships to ensure you are completely happy with your custom order.
