My individualized attention is given to each piece I create and whether a ready-made bouquet or a custom order, I want your flowers to be exactly what you envisioned.

Paypal is the accepted form of payment. Cancellations are allowed only on ready-to-ship-items that have not yet shipped. No cancellations will be accepted on custom orders.

For custom orders a reserved listing will be created for you with our agreed upon price quote, upon which a 50% deposit will be required to begin the design process. The final 50% is required within 7 days after I post your final order pictures!

Utah residents will be charged 6.60% sales tax upon checkout. International buyers may be charged duty fees by their postal service. Please check with your country's post office for details on this possible charge

Cancellations are allowed only on ready-to-ship-items that have not yet shipped. No cancellations will be accepted on custom orders.

Custom Orders: Your flower choices are ordered immediately after your order has been placed, and 50% deposit is provided. Due to this, only store credit may by issued at that point.

Changes to a custom package that has been approved and completed ( I will send you pictures for your approval) will incur an additional cost for labor and any extra materials needed.

If an extensive change to an order or a total remake of an order is desired, an additional materials and labor charge will incur.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please give us a chance to make it right! Rather than leaving "negative feedback" please contact me immediately.

For Shipments within the US, your order will ship via USPS Parcel Post (unless otherwise stated or arranged) with insurance for the value of your order and delivery confirmation. Please allow 7-10 business days for the arrival of your order. Expedited shipping, such as overnight Express Mail, 2-Day Express Mail and 3-Day Priority shipping, is available upon request. Please convo me for a quote if you require quick shipping.

Please be sure to provide your correct and current shipping address. If your order fails to reach you due to incorrect shipping information provided when your order was placed, you will be responsible for the re-shipping charges to resend your order. If you have a suite or apartment number, this is required in order to reach the delivery address. I copy/paste your mailing address directly from your Etsy order, so please make sure that information is correct and complete.

INTERNATIONAL shipments are shipped USPS unless otherwise arranged. Delivery confirmation, tracking and insurance may not be available on international orders. Shipping time for international orders may take up to 4 weeks.

All customs duty fees and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Customs duties,

taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or tariffs could be applied to your package at the discretion of your local customs officers or post office. I do not have any control over customs and the packages they randomly inspect, and packages I ship are no more likely to be inspected than any other package.

I do not mark international orders as "gift", and I do not undervalue the contents of the package on the customs form as that is against the law and I could face heavy fines and/or lose my business license. Please do not ask me to break the law.

DELIVERY TO INTERNATIONAL PO BOXES: Please provide a telephone number if your order is being shipped to a PO Box outside the U.S. Customs forms require that I provide a telephone number on the customs form if the package is addressed to a PO Box.
