I accept payment through Paypal and also direct checkout which allows direct payment with a credit card without going through Paypal. Payment is due within 2 days of the purchase date at the latest. All orders will be cancelled if payment is not received 2 days after purchase date, unless otherwise notified.

All costs are noted in US dollars.

Your item will come beautifully packaged and wrapped.

I ship all items through USPS regular mail. I ship U.S. with delivery confirmation and will send you your tracking number.

International orders do not have delivery confirmation but it is available for a higher price (registered mail costs about 30 US dollars.)

The buyer is responsible for any international customs taxes or fees on international shipping. Double check before you purchase to make sure you know if you will be charged or how much you will be charged as a fee or tax to your country as I am not responsible.

*** IMPORTANT ** Please be sure to specify what address to mail the item to. If your Luulla address and Paypal address are different, please let me know at checkout. If you do not let me know as soon as you check out, your order could be delayed.

If damage occurs during shipping, please contact me immediately. I want to make sure every item you receive is of the highest quality!

I know you will love my items! If for some reason you are not satisfied, you must contact me within 48 hours from the date of receipt and let me know you would like to return your item(s).

All returns must be received within 7 days from your date of receipt and be in original condition in order to receive a refund.

Refunds for the items full price minus the shipping costs will be issued once the return has been received in the same condition you recieved it as. Shipping costs associated with any returned or exchanged item are the full responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed via the manner of original payment and does not include the original non-refundable shipping costs or return shipping costs.

If you have sensitive ear needs, such as sterling silver or gold earring hooks, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE convo me before purchase so I may prepare the earrings for you. All earring hook are antiquated bronze. If you do not message me asking for special hooks, I will not be held responsible! Please contact me about rates for sterling or gold hooks.
