I ship via US Priority mail, with tracking and insurance for all domestic shipments. If you would like to reduce shipping costs, please contact me about first class rates for your zip code.
International shipments can be sent via priority mail without tracking OR first class registered mail (with tracking) for the same price. Please let me know which option you prefer when ordering. Insurance is available for an additional cost. All duty fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
As a general rule, hair items and earrings cannot be returned due to public health issues. If, however, an item arrives broken or damaged, it can be returned for replacement. Please take pictures of damaged boxes so I can place an insurance claim if this occurs.
Non-custom items may be returned for the purchase price (less shipping costs) within 1 weeks of receipt as long as: (a) I am contacted regarding the desire to return the item, (b) it is shipped in the same or an identical box as received with the packing materials provided to protect it and is received in resellable condition and (c) the item is covered via USPS insurance for the purchase price.
Please note that my belts/sashes are created from jeweled components and not fabric appliques, and should be treated just as you would a pearl necklace...with care. Tying them on too tightly could damage the sash or open the rings. If a return is due to improper wear, a restocking/repair fee of $20 will be deducted from the refund.
Customized belt/sash and jewelry orders take extra time to create, and cannot be returned without a conversation(s) prior to returning the item, detailing what changes would be necessary. If it cannot be altered to fit your needs, there is a possibility of return with a $20 restocking fee if a standard item from my shop was customized for you. If an item was created especially for you, the restocking fee may be higher, depending on the cost of supplies and design time needed to create your custom item.
Custom bouquets can be returned according to the contract terms.
I accept paypal for online payments, and will accept checks and money orders in the mail, though they will cause delays in shipment, as I must wait until they clear (8-10 business days). NJ Sales Tax will be added for any item shipped to or picked up in NJ, per NJ requirements.
Non-custom orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of payment without fees, if cancelled before shipment. Custom orders may be assessed a fee for the purchase of required materials, and labor if already started.
Custom pieces may require 3 weeks to allow for receipt of the needed materials. If ordered with less time allowed, a $25 rush fee may be added to the item and shipping fee total.
Gift certificate redemption: Gift certficates cannot be combined towards the purchase of a single item, are not redeemable for cash, and are non-transferable. In order to use the gift certificate, please contact me and let me know which item you would like to use it towards. I will discount and reserve the item for you.
