After your order has been placed and I have all your info, it will take me 24-48 hours to create a proof for you.
Once you have approved the design, the announcements will be printed and will be shipped off to you in 2-3 business days.
Our shipping prices are for shipments to the US only, I am happy to price for international shipping but need to be notified prior to the purchase of the listing.
Unless otherwise noted we ship via USPS. If you would like to purchase insurance we will be happy to add that but again we need to be notified prior to the purchase of the listing.
I will provided a tracking number. I do not take responsibility for lost or damaged packages. I take the utmost pride to make sure every package is packed like I would like to receive it.
I do not accept responsibility for items damaged once they have been mailed. Rest assured, we do package carefully to avoid damage.
All sales are binding, based on proof prior to printing. However, I work hard to make sure care is given to each purchase. Please feel free to review Etsy.com for additional information.
Before each order is processed, each client is sent a final pdf of the product. This should be review carefully by the buyer, as it is their responsibility to check for errors as this is not my responsibility after a proof has been approved.
Also please check that your shipping address is accurate as that is the buyers responsiblity.
