I aim to ship within two days of purchase, often I will shop same day or next day. if for any reason there is a delay you will be contacted asap, if you are in a rush for an order please let me know and I will do all I can to get it posted asap. Please read the listing carefully as if you are choosing a colour resin or a size ring for example, dispatch will take longer, this should be dealt with in individual listings, if anything isn't clear please contact me.
Items within the UK are sent my first class mail and internationally with airmail, if you would like a tracker number I can send the item that way however please contact me as this will be a more expensive postage cost. For particularly large or valuable orders I will ship with Airsure and this will be indicated in the individual listing. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees.
If you are unhappy with your item for any reason, please contact me asap (within 5 days of receipt) and I will do my best to resolve the matter. I want happy customers!
If for any reason an item is received damaged I will ask that you return the item and I will replace or exchange depending on the circumstances.
Unfortunately items do sometimes go missing in the mail, if with the UK you have not received your item within 2 weeks, in Europe within the month or in the rest of the world within 45 days, please contact me for a replacement or refund.
