We know that ordering a dress for your special occasion is an important undertaking, and our cancellation policy was created

with this in mind. However, it is important to note that every dresses and some accessories are made to order under separate tailoring & sewing, and its materials cannot be reused once the creation process has begun. The goods news is that after placing your order, there is still time to change your mind. Please refer to our cancellation policies below.

- Orders cancelled within 24 hours of ordering will be eligible for a full refund (not including Rush Order).

- Orders cancelled 24 to 72 hours ordering will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 50% refund of the product purchase fee.

- Orders cancelled after 72 hours of ordering but before shipment will eligible for refund of shipping fee only.

- Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

***Return Process***(1)

1. You have 48 hours from the time your dress is delivered to the designated shipping address, to notify us that you would like to return the item. Please message us

2.. You must contact us before you return the item and we will email you RA if your return is acceptable. Any item returned without RA will not be credited.

3,. The item must be shipped back in brand-new & unworn condition within 2 days after we send out RA and email us the tracking #. Return the product in the original box with packing materials along with the RA receipt.

4,-. We must receive the item within 14 days after we send you RA. If we do not receive your item within 14 days, no credit will be given.

5,. Once we receive your item, inspect it to be sure it's as perfect as when we shipped it to you. We will process your credit within 2 business day after inspection.6

6 ,Items returned would subject to 35% restocking fee/handling fee, shipping cost and rush order fee are non-refundable.

7,-. For any dresses shipped back to us, please mark the dresses as gift and write a low value as $10USD. For any reason caused custom tax, buyers are responsible for all the tax.

If the dress has quality problems or missed delivery time, we will give you a full refund. We have the right to reject any unreasonable requirement for return!

In order to facilitate your return and replacement, please carefully read the following guidelines:

1.If we sent you the product size is wrong, we accept returns or exchange (1-3cm difference is normal, we do not accept return).

2.If we sent you the product color is wrong, we accept returns or exchange. Because of lighting problems, do not rule out the possibility of subtle color difference. Color may vary by monitor. we can not guarantee that the color of our

products will be 100% exactly the same with the photographs.

3-After you sign the parcel ,if there is no issue submission or problem feedback within 2 weeks,we won't accept any replacement or return after two weeks.

4.If everything is correct, "I don't like the dress" or "this is not my imagination" will not be a reason to return or a refund.

5.You can try on clothes, returned must be new clothes. If there are any stain and damaged, we will refuse to return.

6-Wrong Size, wrong Color, wrong style, damaged dress 100% refund or remake one or return 40% payment to you, you keep the dress.

7.The clothes in the process of production can't cancel the order, if cancel the order we only refund 40% of payment for goods. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

8-Custom colors, custom size, we do not accept return or exchange.

If you want to return or exchange, please follow these steps:

1.If you receive the clothes is the wrong color or wrong size, damaged clothes. in the e-mail,please attach the photos of defect products.

2.Receive clothes have any questions, please contact us within 2 days. If more than 2 days we will not accept any return.

3.After received your complaint mail, we will handle your complaint within two working days.

4.If it is our mistakes, we take full responsibility, to refund your payment or free replacement products.

If dear you have any question, please email me, i will reply you within 12 hours.
